When you write in, please include the workflow you used (Favicon Generator, App Icon Generator, OG Image Generator, Social Media Image Resizer, WebP Converter, Image Compressor, Amazon Product Image Resizer, Shopify Product Image Resizer, Etsy Product Image Resizer or Multi-purpose Image Preparation), the source file's format and dimensions, and a short description of what you expected versus what you saw. Screenshots of the result panel help us reproduce encoding issues quickly.

We do not currently offer phone, live chat or a support ticket system. Replies are sent from the same address; please whitelist it if you use an aggressive spam filter. We do not have an office address to share for walk-ins — the service is operated remotely.
